Refund policy

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can make a return it to us for STORE CREDIT only. *WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.*

to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with its original packaging. please fill out a ‘Return/ Exchange request’ on our customer support form. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. we do not offer free returns. it must be at your own cost! any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

returns must be 30 days within the delivery date. after the product is returned, received into our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
