SHIPPING POLICY
all orders placed on rumibeaute.com are processed monday-friday and shipped within 3-7 business days.(excluding major holidays and weekends). ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY PROCESSED CANNOT BE CANCELED. Any additional questions can be sent to our customer support form!
once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. if you haven't received your email due to an incorrect email address, please fill out a 'wrong email address' inquiry at our customer support form.
all orders take up to 1-3 days to PROCESS before shipping even after we create shipping label!
PROCESSING TIME (BEFORE SHIPPING):
STANDARD shipping: 3-5 business days
EXPRESS shipping: 2-3 business days
INTERNATIONAL shipping: 1-2 weeks
*selecting priority shipping does not bypass the 2-3 business day processing time.*
WE DO NOT PROCESS/SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS. orders placed on friday will not be processed until that monday morning!

yes, all international orders from rumi beauté may incur applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. we cannot be held liable for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or regulations that may arise in your country. we recommend checking with your local customs office to ensure your order can clear customs.
we will process and ship your order to the address you provide, so please ensure that it is accurate. once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the address, and any mistakes could lead to delivery delays or issues with receipt.
in the unlikely event that Customs seizes your package, we will not issue a refund unless all items are returned to us in their original condition. if your package is returned by Customs or local carriers, you may be responsible for return shipping fees according to your local regulations. we will only refund the cost of the products, excluding any shipping charges, once we receive the returned items.
please note: by ordering from rumi beauté, you are the importer of record and must comply with your country’s laws and regulations. Customs policies differ from country to country, and while most orders go through without issues, any additional customs fees must be covered by the recipient. if you choose to refuse the shipment or if it is returned due to address problems, we can issue a refund for the products once they have been returned to our facility.

call your local UPS to see if you can still claim your package if it is still being held. If not, contact us through info@rumibeaute.com with the correct shipping address and once we receive the package, it will be sent back to you and you will be contacted with a new tracking number.

all goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a sellable condition prior to being sent to the customer. however, if the customer discovers that a good is faulty or damaged ("deficient product"), the customer must notify route within 30 days of delivery.
please file a ROUTE claim request for any damaged or deficient products that you received in your package.
if you are missing a product or received the wrong product in your package, please fill out a ‘mistaken/missing’ inquiry on our customer support form.
all sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are final sale and ineligible for returns.
